I'm a customer for a long time, and buying the plan always when me and my wife are going on any vacation, twice I filed a claim, and the claim was processed very fast, I got money back for the whole trip to Europe of more then $6000 very fast and I got the check promptly.

I had to change trip dates and other companies I used in past first person I spoke to handled everything. This plan was I guess a broker and a third party. Documentation had to be fielded through them first. My docs supposedly were lost. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get determination. Was very discouraged. I then was worried if I had to do a claim would same thing happen ???
