We did not have to use this plan, thank goodness. I think all of these reviews are useless unless you file a claim. (As I found out when I had to file a claim with ANOTHER company.)

I didn't file a claim so I can't comment on the claims handling process but I can say I was pleased with the coverages including terrorism and baggage delay lines particularly. Good time amount (shorter than some other policies) for the baggage delay to kick in and all the other coverages that I'd want were included at a good price.
