My itinerary was changed by the airline and we were unable to go at that time. The airline sent a letter of verification which I sent to your company and it was rejected. They refused to reimburse my money. I lost 150 dollars. I will never do business with your company again.

Thanks! Having Nationwide Insurance took stress off me,knowing that if I ever would have had a medical emergency I had the insurance coverage needed. Thanks to God I did not need to use it, I had a wonderful trip.

I purchased the coverage, but truly I cannot rate it since luckily enough I did not have to use it. What was offered seemed reasonable, but what truly makes the plan worth it is the easy reimbursement of money spend, when needed, and not finding ways by insurance company to avoid reimbursements and stating that certain things were not covered based on their interpretations.

It was very easy to purchase an insurance plan from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. This is the second time we have purchased a plan from them. It is very easy to do and at a reasonable price. The insurance we purchased seemed like it would have been the coverage we would need if a problem occurred. We were fortunate enough that there was no need to put it to use.

We did not need to make a claim, but family traveling with us had to cancel and did file a claim. Nationwide's call center representative gave misleading information that our family's claim would be covered. After submitting the claim it was denied. It wasn't until we later appealed that Nationwide offered coverage.
