Didn't have any incidents where the insurance was needed. However the peace of mind that IF anything did occur, we were covered.

Like all good insurance you hope you never have to use it. Have piece of mind while traveling that if something happens we are covered. While on this trip an elderly passenger on the trip ended up in the hospital and the hospital was not going to release her (heard the conversation the daughter had with hospital while traveling on the bus) with out a payment of $10,000 being made on a credit card. The daughter had to call the US Embassy for assistance.
