In the future, if you experience an issue with a claim, please call InsureMyTrip at 800-487-4722 and request a Customer Advocate. In a situation where a claim is taking an usually long time to process, our Customer Advocates will contact the insurance company on the customers behalf in attempt to expedite the claim.Oct 20,2015

InsureMyTrip was very professional and I enjoyed doing business with them. Received more coverage for less cost than buying direct with cruise line. Comforting to have the coverage and not need it. I would highly recommend and will buy again for next trip when needed. Thanks for your help! A+

Hard to review an insurance plan unless you have to use them for a claim. Then, you know whether they are any good or not. I cannot say whether they take care of their customers without filing a claim.
