Good product and coverages. A person on our trip had a serious medical event and couldn’t travel home in the middle of the trip putting herself at risk. She had no insurance coverage. I think she will be purchasing a policy for future trips.

Our first Viking cruise got cancelled by Viking and when we booked a second cruise nationwide insured it at no cost to us terrific policy I have recommended it to people already

Due to a sudden acute illness of one of our party of three, travel plans were cancelled. We all recovered every penny insured. The insurance paid after the arlines, hotels and cruise lines issued their refunds. Once those requests were settled, Nationwide had its own claim requirements.
We all agreed that the insurance was totally worthwhile. Highly recommend keeping a copy of every single purchase for travel, including tickets, itineraries, charges and payments on credit card statements, and whatever refunds are made.

Each claims department employs claims representatives who send the policy holder claim forms and a list of required claims documentation. It is very important to provide all requested documentation in a timely and efficient manner when filing a claim.
