The On Call International Single-Trip Evacuation plan offers assistance services that can help you prior to and during your trip. Assistance is available 24/7 for arranging a medical transport, medical or dental referrals, pre-trip planning, and concierge services. If you are hospitalized during your trip and need to be transported, On Call will make arrangements to get you from the initial treatment facility to a hospital of your choice, as long as all transportation requirements are met.

Did not file a claim so I had to give the satisfaction rating one star (we should not be forced to rate something we did not use). Signup was straightforward and the woman who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will use again when we take our next trip.

Thank you for providing a solution that worked well as a "top up" for me. I had realized last minute that the policy I bought with my flight and hotel package online had only $15,000 medical repatriation coverage which I felt could be low for Europe.
