It was confusing to receive multiple urgent sounding emails before my trip about continuing my coverage, as if I was not covered. Too zealous marketing!!

Fairly good plan, but I didn't appreciate the multiple emails asking me to "renew" the policy. Why would anyone want to renew a one-time trip insurance policy? The first email was less than clear, so I had to call to verify it was a marketing gimmick, and not some sort of problem with the policy.
