Just before we left, I couldn't find my insurance card. I called 7 corners and the call was answered promptly by a nice lady. She was able to give us the ID # and emailed the card info to me as confirmation. Good customer service.

I was pleased with the cost, especially as compared to the plan offered by the cruise line. It was almost 50% less. I also recommended this plan to my seven co-travelers.
