Fortunately, we did not have any claims against the policy, but I was reminded of the importance of trip insurance several times during our cruise. We witnessed at least five medical emergencies from the start until the end of the trip. Someone was taken from the ship by ambulance before we left the pier, twice during the trip and again when we returned to Florida. We also saw a helicopter evacuation during our final day at sea. I can't imagine the costs involved, but the price of comprehensive trip insurance is small in comparison. It makes your trip more relaxing when you know this type expense is covered.

Claim filed for lost day of travel due to snowstorm. The insurance company opened two claims, and although forms were sent they kept asking for more. Finally, a manager stepped in and the claim was approved (minus about twenty dollars). I will look elsewhere for travel insurance-too much agony!

Our trip was uninterrupted without the need to submit a claim. I cannot comment on how satisfied I was because I did not use any coverage or have the need to contact a representative.!

This was the first time purchasing trip insurance, mainly because of an optical issue. Unexpectedly, I had to have an emergency surgery which grounded me for three months and caused me to cancel my trip. I submitted a claim, along with my doctor's documentation, and I was promptly refunded the deposit paid for the trip, which I otherwise would have lost. There were no questions asked of me, and I was reimbursed sooner than I was told. I have another trip planned next year, and I will definitely purchase trip insurance again.

The customer service representative was extremely easy to work with, and the cost of the plan is extremely affordable for the coverage. This is our second time insuring a trip with Seven Corners Roundtrip plan and will do so in the future.

This plan offers generous coverage for the most important needed benefits, Medical $75,000 and Medical Evacuation/Repatriation $350,000. The plan also provides standard coverage for Trip Cancellation/Interruption, Travel Delay, and Baggage.

1) You must purchase the policy within 10 days of making the initial trip payment.
2) You must insure the full pre-paid and non-refundable trip cost.
3) The trip must be canceled more than 2 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
If the insured cancels their trip for an event such as attending a childbirth, illness of a pet or friend, or political or civil unrest, the Seven Corners Roundtrip Choice plan's Cancel For Any Reason will reimburse 75% percent of the pre-paid and non-refundable trip cost.
