It seems good, but I've never had to use it. My luggage was delayed and thought that was covered, but it isn't. The customer service lady that explained that wasn't the friendliest, but that seems to be a problem in many businesses. This is the third time I've used them, but I've never had anything happen in which I would have needed to use it.

This plan cost half as much as other plans I researched. Even with additional options I chose it was less costly than other plans I researched online, I felt that the price was more than fair. I was covered with everything I would have needed on an international trip.

Low price with no deductible more than satisfied requirements for my visa-free travel to Belarus and it was kind of nice to have this insurance for adjacent travel to Russia and Czech Republic, just it case.
I am seriously thinking of having my wife and I covered when we go to Israel later this year.
