Seven Corners Liaison Travel Economy
I purchased travel insurance at the last minute, was surprised I still had so many options. The website was helpful, I had an additional question and called the toll free number. My call was answered quickly and the customer support person was helpful and efficient.
Fortunately, I had no claims to submit during my trip.

I didn't have to make a claim (thank goodness) so I have no report. The plan did seem to offer good coverage at a fair price, which is why we purchased it. We always take out travel insurance - to not do so carries a great risk. You never know when you'll need it. In the past we have made claims (not with Seven Corners Liaison) one time for medical costs and another time for luggage delay. Both were promptly paid by the insurer. I can't understand why people will spend thousands of dollars for a cruise or trip abroad and not spend another couple of hundred dollars for travel insurance.
