We had a 36 hr delay, needed to get a hotel, meals, transportation, and purchase new tickets in order to meet our cruise. It was a lot of paper work and I kept careful track of every receipt. Travelex took care of the complete claim. So glad I had the insurance!

We had a medical emergency in Munich, Germany and filed a claim for the physician treatment and medication needed. We were careful to fill out the forms carefully and submitted all the documentation from the physicians office and pharmacy. The claim was paid in the full amount about four weeks after filing. I am very pleased with Travelex Basic Plan and will highly recommend it to my travel companions in the future.

Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim, so I can't comment on that aspect. The purchase process was easy and the price was reasonable for the coverage I received. It was also easy to print out the contact numbers and other information that I needed to carry with me on the trip.

I like your website and customer service. Thankfully it has not been necessary now or in the past to file a claim. I will be sure to provide feedback in that event in the future and hope your service will be as good as that already provided during the enrollment process.
