The proof of the pudding is in the eating and fortunately I didn't have any problems.so I can't comment on the most important reason for buying this kind of insurance. That said, the communications from the company were timely and appropriate without being too many or annoying..

I always look to Travelex first and buy it as it is primary. However, a lot of the time, it is the more expensive so I end up with a cheaper secondary policy if it has the same coverage. Never had to put a claim in but from friends that have, I've heard it was settled quickly and satisfactorily.
