We did not have to use it, but felt very secure knowing if we did, there was coverage. Small price to pay for peace of mind!

Not much to say. As trip unchangeable costs have escalated so has the cost of insurance both as a percentage and absolute. Mostly wasted money I guess until I need it. The insurance companies must make a lot from this.

You never know if insurance is any good unless you have to file a claim. Fortunately we didn't. Insurance is always too expensive unless you file a claim. Peace of Mind, not really too many T&Cs to know if you have what you need.

Unfortunately had to file a claim due to snow storm on the east coast (all airports closed). Despite the problems, travelex did not compound them, easy to deal with (2 phone calls and a claim form). Refreshing to have a company do what they promise.
