The Travel Max plan offers the highest limits of coverage and the most benefits of the three comprehensive Travelex plans. This plan includes coverages that are optional upgrades on the Travel Basic and Travel Select plans. Coverages include Trip Cancellation and Interruption coverage with an enhanced list of covered perils, along with higher limits of coverage for Travel Baggage, Baggage Delay, Travel Delay, Medical and Emergency Medical Evacuation.

baggage was stolen due to rental car break in. They covered the cost of the car damage and most of the stolen items. The only issue was poor customer care and correspondence at times. I had to call/email to make them follow up and send the same receipts/docs more than once bc they did not read it or lost it in email. However, I was reimbursed for most of the stolen items. It took about a month for the entire process.

Very legitimate. I was convinced by my wife to purchase this plan and it saved my butt while traveling. They were very responsive and easy to get on the phone even at midnight when I had a major trip delay due to United Airlines. Very satisfied with how they handled this.
