Of course, insurance is a waste of money until you need it, then it's critical. We didn't have a claim nor did we expect to. But we were happy to have the protection and you make the purchase process pretty easy.

The plan appeared to be very good. Naturally, the only true evaluation of an insurance plan is if one has to file a claim, which I did not require.

We didn't have to use the plan so as far as I know it was good insurance. The company did send me an email prior to departure to provide their app for convenience in case we would need their services. The app also provided emergency phone numbers and their contact information if needed.

Great peace of mind. We buy it for every trip. We did not have any claims on this trip but on a trip a few years ago we needed it and claim was processed perfectly. We have already bought coverage for next trip.

I had questions so I contacted InsureMyTrip via email and had a response back within a couple of hours with a suggestion to call. I called the next day, received immediate assistance, told them what I needed, and asked for suggestions. I had insurance the day before I left on vacation within 30 minutes. Though I happily ended with no need to file a claim, having your affordable coverage gave me great peace of mind throughout my trip. If the airline lost my luggage, no biggie -- it was covered and I could easily shop for and replace the essentials. If I fell on Lisboa's beautiful but treacherous cobblestones, terrible -- but at least I need not worry about paying the medical bills. Will definitely insure again through your company for my next overseas trip!
