They acted swiftly and to the point,, Did exactly what they said and the money was here sooner then i thought it would be. Very polite people on then phone and explained it well.. Website can't distinguish time zones.
I tried to sign up before midnight and was declined, no policy issues on the trip start date.
This is a basic function. Please fix it.
I had to move my coverage date by a day.
No assistance from online help resources.

Fortunately, I have never had a need to file a claim related to travel but I almost always buy the Travelex plan to be sure that I'm covered.

I did not need to use it, but it was good to know I was covered. The customer service representatives were helpful in setting up the policy. We went to Newfoundland. It is a lovely, interesting, friendly country. I recommend a visit to it.
