Premium was more for my group with less passengers..My premium would drop by 30% if I had one more in my group. This was quite confusing..

I did not have to file a claim thankfully but we were in a predicament that we almost were unable to take our trip. My husband was kicked by a horse 12 days before we were to go on our cruise, luckily it did not break his leg but left a large puncture wound which even though we went to the ER and started antibiotics right away - the wound got seriously infected. 5 days before we were going to leave on vacation, the doctor was contemplating putting him into the hospital for IV antibiotics. She decided to try one more course of doubling up antibiotics for 24 hours to see if we could avoid the hospital. We did that, and the infection started to subside. We were able to go on our trip as planned BUT I would never not InsureMyTrip. I was happy to know that if we had to cancel, my expenses would be covered. It is a peace of mine that way outweighs the expense of the insurance (which is very reasonable) Get it, Get it, Get it.. you never know what can happen....

A great value for the exact coverage we needed. I entered the date incorrectly and did not notice until a few weeks before sailing on our cruise. I used the customer service interactive screen and a live operator helped me fix the problem. Another great experience with your company.

We've purchased from Travelex through InsureMyTrip the past few times we've sailed. I am particularly biased towards Travelex because their medical coverage is primary and not secondary. When I'm travelling out of the country, if we have a medical emergency I want it covered without any hassles and without having to deal with coordination of benefits. Most all insurance providers skimp and only provide the secondary coverage. Travelex is competitively priced with all the others, provides the primary coverage, and in general more coverage. Further Travelex is well known throughout the industry and extremely well rated and capitalized.
On our past trip, I did have a need to have our policy updated because the trip was a day longer than I had entered. Customer service was very easy to work with and they made the modification immediately without any problems.
