My wife incurred a visit to the Rotterdam Infirmary during our recent cruise. The bill was $181.16.
When I tried to file a claim for this Infirmary Expense with Travelex, they informed me that my wife was NOT a named insured on the policy! Somehow they had her listed as a "BENEFICIARY" and NOT as an insured on the Policy! How could that be?.....When I purchased the Policy I listed her name, date of birth, etc. as a person to be insured on the Policy. Because of this GLITCH in your system, I cannot recoup the $181.16. I tried explaining this problem to the Travelex staff, and to the Insure My Trip staff, to no avail......
As a result, I will NEVER use Insure my Trip or Travelex again, and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years!

We have used Insure My Trip many times with different insurers choose depending on price and coverage. This trip had no adverse events I'm glad to say. On a previous trip, a claim had to be made which went smoothly with Travelex. I cannot say enough good things about Insure My Trip.

I did not use it this time so some of the questions asked are obsolete. You should fix your surveys acoordingly. Just a hint from a 30 year marketing veteran.

Excellent travel insurance! My family was impacted negatively by Hurricane Matthew but the Travelex Travel Select plan covered the unexpected expenses we incurred. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this travel insurance provider!! We will most definitely be using them again when we travel in the future!

We had a rather complex claim as my sister became ill on Dominica with three separate medical visits and 3 days to get home. However after figuring out how to fill out the forms wiht all receipts of course insurance paid promptly and were easily available for questions on the phone. Very pleased.

Have always purchased Travelex insurance plans for all of my cruises. It is one of the few companies that includes children at no extra cost and is a primary insurance policy. We had to file a medical claim once and the process was smooth without any hassle. Have already recommend to family and friends.

We had some family medical issues that had the potential to cause cancellation of the trip, it was comforting to know we were protected, but we were able to take the trip.
