Coverage was for package with trip cancellation, interruption, and medical. Fair price for three weeks abroad. No claim submitted, everything went fine. Will likely use them again.

At the time this plan was purchased, children could be on the policy at no additional premium. However, at this time that is no longer the case with this plan.Jul 13,2011

Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim, but that's why one buys travel insurance. We have a 95 year-old parent who, while in generally good health could necessitate a speedy, unscheduled return to USA. We have associates who had need of emergency care and air evacuation from Mexico. They had Travelex and reported timely claim handling. That was what convinced us to go with Travelex.
