Didn't have to file a claim but it was worth the peace of mind knowing we were covered while out of the country!. Snorkeling, scuba diving, zipline, anything can happen!

I spoke with two reps at InsureMyTrip and found them very helpful. Please continue to keep reps available for purchases like this! I liked the plan and price for myself, but I also bought plans for 2 friends I was traveling with. One is 72 and the other is 80. I thought the prices were too high for them, especially the 80 yr old. I like the fact that Travelex medical coverage is primary. That makes things so much easier if a claim has to be filed. Of course I'm very glad I didn't have any claim this time!

Not having a claim, I guess it did cover what I wanted. It's when you have to file a claim, that's when you can tell how you are treated and how things are handled that tells you how good the coverage really is. Thank God I did not have to file a claim.

I filed a claim with Travelex a few years ago and I felt the claim was handled promptly and fairly with a minimum amount of paperwork. Even though that plan is no longer offered, I have decided to stay with Travelex for all my travel insurance needs.
