Biggest scam ever. I’ve now informed others that travel insurance is very limiting. Explained that even with CDC concerns in regards to flight travel to Asian countries, I would’ve ONLY been covered had I traveled and become quarantined....false securities is all travel insurance is.

We would like to offer you an extended date transfer for up to 24 months, to reuse your policy towards a future trip. Alternatively, we can consider a premium refund in the event you cancelled your trip with no penalties, and you received a full refund from your travel supplier(s).

I broke my foot right before my vacation on canada ended. I was reimbursed for the emergency clinic I went to. Would definitely purchase this travel insurance again.
