The insurance covered our travel worries but we didn't realize it didn't help with our rental. We had a slight issue with the rental, unrelated to InsureMyTrip. I contacted the insurance to check on our options and see if we were covered. We were not, but the agent I spoke with was very polite and helpful to suggest other avenues in case we need coverage for our incident (we didn't in the end, but were checking into all our options in case we needed it). Overall we are very happy to have the peace of mind that our main travel expenses were covered.

I was glad I didn't have to use the insurance, but I was glad I had it. The policy was very inclusive, so I was covered for almost any situation. I would definitely recommend purchasing this insurance.

Easy to book and thankfully, did not need to use. In the past I did have to use the Insurance due to medical ermegency, and Travelex paid out right away

I've used Travelex for years for ski trips and all personal travel. They've been great, with a very user-friendly website and tremendously friendly and helpful people on the phone. Although I have never needed to file a claim, I highly recommend them.

Fortunately, I have never filed a claim and so cannot comment on company performance. However, on this trip we had to jiggle the start and finish dates with no change in length of coverage. InsureMyTrip made this change without a problem or extra expense.
