It took several months to get my claim resolved. They finally did pay for the requested Deposit of $337.50, but the hoops we had to jump through to get that small amount was not a pleasant experience. I had to either be on the phone or copying paperwork that took up a lot of my work-time. I finally had to get Trip Mate, who I originally bought it through, to be the middle-man that prompted the refund.

We felt comfortable knowing that all aspects of our trip were covered. Luckily, we encountered no problems. Having travel insurance was like a safety net....in case. Having never bought travel insurance for a trip like this before, we have no way of knowing if the insurance cost was high or reasonable.

May trip was May 5-10, 2010. Not Feburary 10, 2012 as listed above.
Need to include in the instructions to click on the stars under Rate the Plan.
I will be calling at a later date for specific details on particular coverage, due to a sick passenger in my group that did not have coverage.
