I do believe purchasing travel insurance for an expensive vacation is necessary. As such, I have had no reason to complain about the coverage provided by TravelSafe and will likely purchase it for my next cruise. Fortunately, I haven't had cause to file a claim, but would like to know how others have fared in getting their claims paid.

The claim took approximately 90 days to process. I've filed claims with other companies and it never took that long! I was satisfied with the amount but still wasted a lot of money on the premium since that wasn't reimbursed. Thanks to InsureMyTrip the claim was finally processed. If they hadn't contacted them for me then it probably would have taken much longer.

This affordable insurance gave me peace of mind when I had to put deposits down on a number of hotels while planning a summer road trip. While I did not cancel and filed no claims, it was comforting to know that if I did have a change of plans I would not loose all of the money I had deposited.
