I was very satisfied with the customer service when I was purchasing the plan - I had lots of questions and they were all answered. Luckily I did not have to file a claim so I cannot comment on that.

I think the plan is great for peace of mind. I had an international flight with two toddlers and wanted to make sure, that I could get my money back if they got sick etc. I have not made use of the plan so I can not comment on the claim process, but for peace of ind this plan was great.
