It took several months to get my claim resolved. They finally did pay for the requested Deposit of $337.50, but the hoops we had to jump through to get that small amount was not a pleasant experience. I had to either be on the phone or copying paperwork that took up a lot of my work-time. I finally had to get Trip Mate, who I originally bought it through, to be the middle-man that prompted the refund.

We did not have to use the plan which is a good thing. Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Sadly I was unable to take this trip. I had to cancel my trip, but i have used InsureMyTrip in the past and was very happy with their plans. I visit this site every time I travel.
