First time to purchase travel insurance (required for international travel in case of COVID quarantine). The representatives were very responsive by email and by phone, answering all my “what if” questions. After payment was given, they immediately emailed my “visa” paper required by the country I was visiting so I could begin my paperwork for entry. Would definitely use them again.

Necessary for Turks and Caicos but didn’t cover covid test, didn’t need it at all, would get a cheaper plan.
