It would be difficult to recommend Trawick International. Although they ultimately paid my claim it was a slow and painful process. From losing my claim to misinterpreting it to mixing up currencies to just ignoring it for months on end. They needed to be followed up on at all times. Also, when I was in the hospital they were pretty unresponsive and it took forever to get a guarantee that they would pay the claim, so the hospital would not let me go without paying them myself. Also, they didn't appear to have Spanish speakers - although they said they did - but I had to be go between between the hospital and doctors and the insurance company - and my Spanish is not that good! This is not really an on the ball operation; seemed like a discombobulated start up to me!

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. Please keep in mind that we employ customer advocates who assist customers with the claims process. Many times we can expedite a claim by contacting the insurance company on the customers behalf.Aug 26,2014
