Hello,
We had three storms during our trip that could have easily turned into hurricanes. THIS is why we get insurance! Luckily, we only had a few rainy days and needed to make no claims. I felt so assured that if something happened, we would be covered as we specifically asked for a policy that covers hurricanes.

I must say that the customer service representative did an excellent job helping me find the right policy. Without the guidance to the particular policy that she found, I would not have purchased this product. The product was perfect for my needs and well priced for the coverage that I sought.

Glad we didn't need the plan but it was during hurricane season and just knowing we would lose our investment if we were evacuated or the trip was cancelled was reassuring. Also, knowing if we had a medical emergency we would get help in defraying costs for that was good too.
