The Advantage Complete plan offers the highest limits of coverage of the four TripAssure plans, offering a broad range of covered reasons for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. Under Trip Cancellation there is Hurricane warning coverage, which is beneficial if you will be traveling during hurricane season and you have to cancel your trip within 24 hours of the scheduled departure date due to a hurricane. As well as offering Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption, this plan also offers Cancel For Any Reason. Optional extended personal property coverage is available as well as optional sports coverage.

Fortunately, we did not need to use any of the coverage, but we felt we would be well protected in any circumstance. There is, however, a lot of unclarity about how to add accommodations after airline tickets are booked. Also, it's hard to get a live person on the line.

You can insure the known costs to date, and once you make subsequent arrangements towards the trip, you can contact us at InsureMyTrip at 800-487-4722 to update your existing policy accordingly to include these prepaid non-refundable travel arrangements.
