We needed to cancel for medical reasons and were pleased with the responsiveness of the company. Anybody can be nice when taking your money, but these people were gracious and timely in responding to a claim.
If there were one negative thing that I would comment on it would be that there was no feedback. We were not notified when the claim was received nor when the claim was resolved (an e-mail would have been nice). The check in the mail within two weeks of the claim submission was very nice, however.

We were very pleased with the coverage AND most importantly how easy it was to purchase. Insure My Trip sent us an email a few days before the trip with important phone numbers and information just in case we needed to use the policy while traveling. Thankfully we didn't need it but we had the peace of mind that it was there in case we needed to reach them.
