I had to submit the claim twice before I even received a response that the claim was received and will be processed, however after that point it was processed quickly without any further delays or issues.

Had to visit an emergency room overseas with Dengue fever, and paid a ton out of pocket. Scanned and sent in all the hospital paperwork, and Tokio Marine HCC covered it all with no back and forth! This insurance was one of the best purchases I've ever made! I'm getting travel insurance everytime I go abroad from now on.

Very easy to sign up for, and appears to provide great coverage in case something really terrible happens. Most importantly, I did not have to file a claim!
