Excellent service and promp attention paid to our situation. flight was delayed due to weather, causing luggage to be delayed for a few days. The frustraion was offset by a paid claim for unexpected associated expenses.

Needed to have Covid Medical Coverage for a last minute international trip. WorldTrips provided medical and additional coverage for a very reasonable price. Did not need to use any of the coverage so I am not able to comment on how well WorldTrip provides service.

I would absolutely tell every person I know to avoid this company. It is a complete and total rip off. Cancel for any reason is complete BS.

Plan was purchased specifically for COVID quarantine coverage on a tour to supplement medical and other travel coverage already provided. The plan was affordable. I did not have a claim so can't review their Customer Service or Claims Process.

I have purchased the WorldTrip Atlas International insurance plan twice this year for my trips to the Cayman Islands. I am happy to say that I did not need the plan, however, it was nice to know it was there in the event it was needed — peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

The Trip Cancellation for Any Reason benefit requires that the trip be canceled 48 hours prior to the schedule departure date. That said, it’s possible that you may be eligible for reimbursement from canceling your trip if the reason for cancellation is a covered reason within the policy wording.
