I filled a claim for reimbursement due to a flight cancellation. It took over a month to get a response back from WolrdTrips, and they denied the claim, indicating lack of cancelation reason from the carrier.

I feel safer knowing I have the extra insurance. I have gotten many plans over the years and have only had to file one claim. I mostly cruise so that is what I insure. It a piece of mind.

We (fortunately) didn't have a claim - but the plan was reasonably priced and the peace-of-mind, knowing we had insurance, was beneficial. I'd use them again.

All insurance plans that go through CBP for claim processing are terrible. They take forever to process claims and its very difficult to follow up on. CBP is a bottleneck.
