I have a question about this subject!

Question:

Beacuse of the timing of flights to the city my cruise leaves from. I am planning to stay at a hotel there the night before the cruise departs. Should I include the cost of that hotel in my total trip cost?

Answer:

Yes, the Trip Cost should include all prepaid non-refundable travel arrangements paid for prior to departure, including the hotel prior to the cruise. The travel dates should reflect the date you leave and return home for the trip, not just the dates of the cruise. Thank you.

Question:

Just curious to know...Do you have to purchase Trip Insurance at the time of booking or can it be done say 30-45 days later?

Answer:

You can purchase most policies up until the day before departure, however; you may not be eligible for some time sensitive benefits if you do not purchase within 10-21 days of the initial trip deposit/payment. Some time sensitive benefits are, but not limited to: Pre-Existing Condition Waiver, Financial Default, Terrorism, Cancel For Any Reason and Cancel For Work Reasons.
