Looking for cost of annual policy for cruises. I take three a year, next one April 1, trans-Atlantic. When I try to get quote, it asks for destination. Will be going to six different countries, which one should I use for quote. I have been purchasing insurance from the cruise line for each trip, but wanted to see if it would be more economical to get an annual policy that covers all of them. We do provide annual medical policies for trips that take place outside of your home country. Typically, the trips cannot be longer than 90 days per trip with most plans. To obtain a quote, please fill out the quote form with your very first trip's details and once you arrive on the results page, please select the medical tab and view our plans that are labeled “multi trip". Our multi-trip medical plans provide both medical and medical evacuation coverage. For the destination, we ask to list the first destination you plan on traveling to. If you were looking for trip protection such as Trip Cancellation, this has to be purchased on a per trip basis, unfortunately.
