I still feel that I am owed a refund for the insurance I purchased but couldn't use due to covid. Initially I was told I had a "credit voucher"; when I called this year to use my credit, your rep said it was expired and I should have asked for a refund. Why wasn't I told I could have gotten a refund back in 2020!? Covid lasted over 3 years, and this was the first time I could travel. I still want my refund.

Really fast and fair claims' process. The airline delayed our departure by 24 hours so we loss one day of condo rental. The interruption insurance covered this situation. The online claim system told us what documents were needed and they were easy to download. Within 12 hours our claim was approved and 5 days later we got a cheque. We will use this company for our next trip.

We had to cancel our trip due to our son being diagnosed with a deadly disease. The Nationwide claims representative worked with us and our claim was paid promptly.

Company was very responsive. When a family member at home was hospitalized we had to reach out to review coverage in case we were needed back home. Although we did not have to interrupt our vacation, the agent we called was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us on how to proceed with a claim if necessary.
