My husband had the misfortune to become very ill while we were traveling on a trans-Atlantic cruise. After a very thourough visit to the Ships Doctor, he was diagnosed with bronchitis. He required lung X-rays, blood work, antibiotics, and breathing treatments. When we returned to the States, we called about how to submit a claim. It couldn’t have been easier. They emailed us the claim forms and we mailed them back along with the doctors detailed diagnosis and treatments given, and the itemized credit card receipt. We received a full refund within 10 days. We were both amazed and thrilled with the service we received!

Be sure to note the timeliness of your purchase....purchase insurance at the same time you start booking your trip, cost goes up the longer you wait. Lesson learned!
