I’m not sure I can give a fair review, since I (fortunately) didn’t need to use the insurance. It was easy to select a plan that appeared to offer coverage I might need. It was nice to have piece of mind that I at least had some coverage while abroad, and the price was great.

The claims process was very slow. I filed a claim on Dec 22, 2017 and it was finally paid on March 15, 2018. Otherwise, the process was fine.

Luckily we didn't end up needing to use any of the coverage - but I really appreciated how easy the website was to use and the very friendly/helpful reps I spoke to by phone, who helped me figure out what plan we needed.
