We felt very confident with the coverage. Thankfully we didn't have to file any claims, but it was in place should we have needed it!

We had to delay our trip because of an injury. Plan does not provide coverage for change fees. We were able to move the insurance to cover the new trip and it provided some piece of mind in that we were able to decline the rental car coverage from the car company. Overall will choose a different plan next time.

We had a few moments of possibly having to cancel when one person in the party got sick. It felt good having the AXA Assistance USA Silver coverage, but he improved so we didn't need to use it...thankfully.
