Had to take my son to the dentist while overseas in France. Upon return to US and after submitting bills to my regular dental insurance, I was able to get the rest of the insurance claim taken care of through CSA. Their claims review was a little backlogged so it took a little bit longer than expected to receive payment, but they were very good about knowing where the claim was at in the pipeline. Would definitely use them again.

I admit, we didn't have to use the plan. I now think it was excessively expensive and I wish we hadn't bought it. It was recommended by French Country Waters and we took their advice. We mostly wanted insurance in case we could not make the trip. All the medical stuff came with it and we didn't have a choice. So it really wasn't what we wanted to begin with. However, I'm sure, had we needed it we might be grateful. We will not do it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

customer service is great, and the plan was comprehensive. I also took a trip cancellation option even though very close to departure just in case. I would have liked to have a lower price for this case but prices are standard. I don't regret, great peace of mind.

Great customer service. Found an issue with incorrect residence city listed on insurance company policy. Called InsureMyTrip customer service and problem was resolved with confirmation e-mail sent immediately. This was on the morning of my trip departure so it was great to have it taken care of so quickly. I didn't have to worry about leaving with a small error that could cause confusion and problems if I had to invoke the policy.

What can I say? The purchase process was smooth with good counsel received and appreciated. As I was fortunate not to have to file a claim, I cannot speak to that quality of service, but yes, I'll probably use InsureMyTrip/CSA again.

Yes, while the claim process was very slow, they did pay for almost all of the extra costs I encountered and was definitely worth it.

It still seems to me that all of these plans have too many loopholes and somewhat difficult to sort through, although the phone assistance is very good. Like most insurance, we never use it; lucky, I guess.
