It's all good until it's time to file a claim. Then they want to say they don't cover illness. My son (who I had insured) got sick on our cruise ship and now ArchIns is saying they aren't the primary. Our medical doesn't cover out of the country which is the reason we purchased travel insurance. This company is a complete joke and I'll never purchase through them again.

I am so glad I purchased an insurance plan even though I didn't need it. Because of possible storms and bad weather, I wanted to insure I didn't lose any money. InsureMyTrip was there with all the information I needed in case anything did happen. I will certainly purchase trip insurance from them in the future.

The plan that you purchased provides excess medical coverage, which means a claim for any illness or medical treatment must be filed with your primary medical provider first. This way, we have proof of any payment from your primary provider and are able to reimburse the remaining expenses. If your primary insurance provider does not provide coverage for this type of claim, we would still need proof of their $0 payment.
We have also sent you an email outlining the other additional documentation we need in order to complete your claim.
