Better Business Bureau Rating
It's all good until it's time to file a claim. Then they want to say they don't cover illness. My son (who I had insured) got sick on our cruise ship and now ArchIns is saying they aren't the primary. Our medical doesn't cover out of the country which is the reason we purchased travel insurance. This company is a complete joke and I'll never purchase through them again.

Our flight was delayed and we needed a hotel. then, our connecting flight was delayed so we rented a car to drive home to avoid another day away. When we tried to make a claim, it took 5 emails and I had to keep submitting various proof (seems to me that they were stalling to actually pay). In the end, they covered the hotel and the rental car - total claim was less than $300 and they covered less than that. Almost wasn't worth the hassle and back and forth to get the money they rightfully owed us. Never had this issue in the past and was disappointed in how it all worked out.
