I had purchased "cancel for any reason" protection for a recent trip. When I cancelled the trip and filed a claim, I received a prompt email asking for documentation of my lost deposit. I explained that some of the documentation wasn't applicable and sent in the rest. My claim was reviewed and paid very quickly.

Happily I did not have to use the insurance, but it did give me peace of mind during our cruise. I purchase insurance mainly for medical and evacuation coverage.
