Since we did not make a claim for anything it is hard to comment on the program. We have always purchased insurance for our trips and never used them. Two things I will say: 1) I found the system to be more complicated than with others from the past.
2) The cost was greater but that may be like everything else costing more and more. I clicked the first star because I have nothing more to offer. not because everything was negative.
