We take out insurance coverage because of our ages--76 and 82. That's why it is no longer a value but we feel a necessity. I have had several claims on previous vacations and had no difficulties being reimbursed that's why I am confident with the insurance I buy through this site.

My positive evaluations to the list of standard questions regarding satisfaction are simply based on the fact that I had no reason to file a claim. I did not encounter any problems with airlines, hotels, or health. This was the third time purchasing insurance for 'peace of mind'. It worked!

Even though I think I did everything you recommended, e.g. read the policy, note the restrictions and filing deadlines and particulars, I am not confident that I would know how to satisfy all the requirements if I had to file a claim.

The website was easy to use but I still had some questions about which plan would be best. I called the toll free number and the rep walked me through all the options and explained everything. I ended up getting a plan that covered much more and was less expensive than the one I was leaning towards before the call. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge and the fact it wasn't a high pressure sales call at all. Thank you.
