    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The policy cost for comprehensive policies is determined by the cost of the trip, the duration of the trip, and the ages of the travelers. Also, the optional "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit was selected on your policy and did result in additional premium.

American Express Classic
I am thankful we did not need to file a claim but we had the assurance of knowing we were covered. American Express had the best coverage for the price and we will stick with them in the future. Last year the very trip we just took had to be canceled because 4 days before departure, I had to have a serious emergency surgery. I have elderly parents and my husband's brother is in bad health, so we never know what might happen that might impact our trip.
