I was contacted and told my paper work had arrived for my claim, however I was not contacted and told my original claim was denied. I called and left message for 3 days in a row and did not receive a call back. I found out my claim was denied only after I asked to talk to a supervisor of the answering department. She was very helpful and gave me the information concerning my claim and advise me on how to resubmit the claim. I did resubmit and the communication was better. I was contacted and there was follow up communication.

Fortunately I did not have to use this insurance. It is only in filing a claim that you know if you made a good choice. But I intend to continue to purchase my travel insurance from your company. I was glad that a friend recommended InsureMyTrip.com for trip insurance. I liked that I could browse the website to see the many options and that the details were included for each.
